12/29/04 Pre-trip

Hey, this is going to be our Sugar Bowl trip journal. It's got some other stuff in it, too, though. I'm currently writing this in sub-zero temperatures in the Arctic ... okay, not really. I'm at Gina's house in Kensington, MD. We're having a great time! I don't know what we're going to be doing later, but I'll let you know when I do. You'll be hearing from other people later in the trip. Ciao!

Hey ya'll! It's Gina! Bret apparently thinks that I take a lot of time to get ready, so he took his sweet time (setting this journal up), but now I'm ready to go and he hasn't even gotten into the shower yet! Boys! Grr... Yes, we are in my hometown of Kensington. Many, if not all of you will be visiting our quaint town for the first Saturday and Sunday of Spring Tour! How exciting! These few days here are the first we've seen each other since going home for the holidays. I've spent my days finishing up a scarf I was knitting as one of his Christmas presents. (15,119 stitches! I counted!) Bret made me a calendar of pictures of us! He's so sweet! Well, I'm running out of room... ya'll have fun, be safe, and take care of my Bret! (Is he blushing yet?) See ya soon.
